Let me introduce myself

Hi there,

I'm glad you here.

If you're curious about me here's a few facts:

1. I'm a southern born girl that moved to Washington in 2021 to get a taste of the Pacific Northwest.

2. You could always catch me drawing, doodling, and practicing "typography" by hand in my notebooks. I grew up surrounded by a family that loved art and interior design.

3. I started Auburn University's first ever student-run public relations agency.

4. I jump head-first into new opportunities and love building relationships with others.

5. I've worked for nationally recognized brands like Ashley Furniture Homestores, Two Maids & A Mop, Chester's Chicken, Tri Pointe Homes, and Altec Industries. I've managed social media accounts with thousands of followers for Costco food brands. All very different industries, but oh so valuable. I've worked with countless individuals creating independent branding services for their personal use.

6. At the tail end of 2020 amidst COVID-19, I decided to create my own t-shirt line, and was then offered an amazing full-time job doing social media at a trade association in Seattle.

7. I worked raising awareness of Wild Alaska Pollock, flying to remote Alaskan islands to content create and build our network with the seafood community.

8. I've worked with celebrity influencers on award-winning marketing campaigns.

9. I'm an Ennegram 2, the "Loyalist".

10. I'm ready to chat with you about how we can work together.

Behind the Name

Why >?

Lydia Moore. My last name is an authentic representation of how I show up. But how...?

I used to think I was "too much", until I start figuring out that the "more", the extra, or the too much, was what made me, me. I was afraid of being too serious, too loud, too quiet, too weird, too goofy, or too caring.

Now I've realized that's me, and no one else can take that from me. I show my heart, dedication, willingness to give more, and the constant push to be "greater than >" I was the day before. I show up ready to give more and strive for the greatest.

Solyd

Cue "Solyd Strategies"

After establishing a name for myself in the Seattle and Birmingham freelance world, my services grew a reputation. In late 2022 I started my business Solyd Strategies.

Lyd, a nickname to me by many, manifested itself into what I had worked so hard to do, build authentic relationships, build SOLID, reputable work, and create solid results.
